Process

Consultation
We engage in detailed discussion to determine a task's objectives, problems that require solutions and an outline of the desired outcomes. The main purpose of this stage is that both parties have a true understanding of each others expectations. The deliverables are an accurate brief, project proposal and costing estimate.

Concept Development
This stage involves research, brainstorming, design and development. Once all the ideas have been decided upon, we then create finished artwork for presentation.

Presentation and Feedback
Concepts and artwork are presented for your approval. This is your chance to provide positive and negative feedback in an open forum with a view to improving the finished product. Refinements and adjustments are made and re-presented.

Production and Beyond
Approved artwork is set up for whichever production method is appropriate and the job is managed right through to delivery for quality assurance. At this point we stop working on the project and it starts working for you.
